Company information. Separate commercial agreements.
A website visit or inquiry does not book a placement, create a partnership or establish an investment-advisory relationship.
Website & operator
These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using interscopefinancemedia.com, the corporate website operated by Interscope Finance Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Interscope,” “we,” “us” or “our”). “Website” means this corporate website and its content and inquiry tools.
Please review these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with these conditions, discontinue use. Their contractual effect is subject to applicable law and any legally required notice or acceptance. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
The website presents information about our publishing business and ways to contact us. It also offers optional free email enrollment under the Subscription Terms. It does not offer visitor accounts or online purchases. Separate publications and services may have their own terms.
Permitted use & intellectual property
You may read the website, share links, and make reasonable copies of publicly available company information for personal reference, internal business evaluation or a lawful inquiry about Interscope. Keep source and ownership notices intact and do not present altered material as our statement.
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, design and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Interscope. Photographs, fonts and other licensed materials may belong to their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to reuse those assets or use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement.
Republication, resale, commercial redistribution or substantial reproduction requires permission unless a license or applicable law permits it. Nothing in these terms restricts fair use, lawful quotation, accessibility rights, honest reviews or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. For permissions, contact us with the material and intended use.
Responsible use
You must use the website lawfully. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or information, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.
- Disrupt availability, overwhelm the service, or conduct automated extraction in a manner that harms the service or infringes applicable rights.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or use Interscope’s identity to solicit money or information.
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or infringing material, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Misrepresent an inquiry, link, publication reference or discussion as an approved partnership, endorsement or contractual commitment.
Ordinary browsing, reasonable company research and lawful search-engine indexing are not prohibited merely because they use automated technology. We may take proportionate steps to prevent abuse, investigate misuse or comply with law.
Information, accuracy & availability
Website descriptions are general company information. They may change, become incomplete or cease to reflect a current opportunity. Editorial territories are subject categories; they are not a representation that every category is a separate named publication or that a particular placement is available.
We seek to present information accurately, but do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free of error. Confirm material information directly before relying on it for a transaction or business decision. We may correct, revise, remove or suspend website content or functionality, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or compatibility with every browser or email application. Mandatory statutory protections remain unaffected.
Financial information & disclosures
This corporate website describes a financial media business. Its content is general information, not individualized investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Use of the website or contact with us does not itself create an advisory, fiduciary or professional-client relationship.
The website is not an offer to buy or sell securities, arrange a transaction, manage assets or recommend an investment suited to a particular person. Financial decisions involve risk, including possible loss of capital. Obtain appropriate independent advice and verify relevant information before acting.
Read our Financial & Advertising Disclosures for further explanation. A disclaimer does not replace disclosures required for a particular advertisement or publication and does not excuse conduct prohibited by law.
Inquiries & submitted material
The inquiry tool prepares an email in your email application. It does not transmit a form submission to us or guarantee delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the message. A confirmation that a draft is prepared is not confirmation that Interscope received or accepted it.
Provide accurate information and only material you have authority to send. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential client files or trade secrets in an unsolicited message. Contact us first if a proposal requires an agreed confidential channel or a nondisclosure agreement.
You retain ownership of material you send. Sending an inquiry gives us permission to read, evaluate and respond to it for the purpose of that inquiry; it does not grant us a blanket right to publish your material or testimonial. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. An unsolicited inquiry alone does not establish an agreement to keep a business idea confidential.
Partnerships & separate agreements
Descriptions of sponsorships, newsletter placements, affiliate arrangements or distribution opportunities invite discussion. They are not a binding offer, a reservation of inventory, a rate commitment or a guarantee of audience size, delivery, revenue, conversions or investment performance.
A commercial engagement requires separately agreed terms covering the relevant parties, scope, availability, disclosures, responsibilities, price or payment model and any other necessary conditions. Where a valid separate agreement applies, it governs the subject matter it covers. These website terms do not alter an existing signed contract.
Browsing, sending an inquiry or receiving a reply does not by itself create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusivity obligation or authorization to use either party’s trademarks.
Third-party services & links
The website may refer or link to independent publications, resources or providers. A link or reference is not a guarantee of the provider’s accuracy, security, licensing, suitability or performance, and does not necessarily indicate an endorsement or commercial relationship.
External services, including your chosen email application, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the relevant terms before providing information or transacting. We are responsible for our own obligations; we do not control an independent third party merely because the website links to it.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interscope and persons acting on its behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this free corporate website, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss caused by reliance on general website information.
This limitation applies only where legally enforceable. It does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. It does not override mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or obligations expressly accepted under a separate agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the provisions above operate only to the lawful extent. Nothing in these terms guarantees immunity from a claim or requires you to waive a nonwaivable remedy.
Applicable law & resolving concerns
To the extent a governing-law choice is valid, these terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your place of residence.
If a concern arises, contact us with enough information to investigate. You remain free to use any court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court that overrides mandatory rights.
Changes & interpretation
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes will be identified appropriately. Revised terms apply prospectively; they do not rewrite a separately agreed contract or remove rights relating to an earlier event. Any additional acceptance required by law must be obtained separately.
If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or separated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on another. Headings are for convenience.
