Two different ways to contact us.
The inquiry tool prepares an email for you to send. The separate subscription form saves your email and consent record in our database. Each has its own purpose and notice. The website has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Who we are & what this covers
Interscope Finance Media LLC (“Interscope,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our corporate website at interscopefinancemedia.com and correspondence about that website or a corporate, editorial or partnership inquiry.
Interscope is responsible for the processing described here. Our contact details appear below. This policy does not automatically describe every publication, newsletter, subscriber database, advertising campaign or third-party service associated with our business. The notice presented by the particular publication or service governs its own collection and use of information.
This corporate website offers company information, an email inquiry tool and an optional email signup. The signup saves subscriber information under the Subscriber Privacy Notice. The site does not provide visitor accounts, paid subscriptions, checkout, public comments or file uploads.
Information & its sources
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any organization, job-related details, proposal, question, attachment or other information you include. We may retain the correspondence, our replies and necessary notes about the inquiry. The source is you or the person communicating on your behalf.
The inquiry tool asks for a name, work email, optional company name, topic and message. Its required fields help prepare a useful email; you may instead contact us directly. You are not required to provide personal information merely to read this website. Without an address or enough context, we may be unable to answer a request.
Optional email signup
If you use the subscription form, we receive your email address, any optional name, country or region and topics you provide, and store your request, consent wording and version, source, timestamp and subscription status in our database. The Subscriber Privacy Notice explains collection, hosting, access, withdrawal and retention for that service. This is separate from the inquiry tool below.
Technical information
When your browser requests a page or asset, the hosting and security services delivering it may process an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referring page where supplied, date and time, response information and security-related events. This information comes from the browser and service infrastructure and is used for delivery, diagnostics and protection.
Information we do not request here
The corporate site does not ask for payment information, government identification numbers, account passwords, financial account credentials, health records or precise location. Please do not send these, client lists or other sensitive material in an initial inquiry. A business proposal normally needs only business contact information and a short description.
How the inquiry tool works
The form prepares an email on your device and opens your email application through an email link. It does not submit the entered fields to a website database or send a message on your behalf. Interscope receives the message only if you send it through your email service.
“Copy inquiry” and “Copy email address” write the selected content to your clipboard only when you use those controls. The website does not read your clipboard. Its code does not save inquiry fields in cookies, local storage or session storage.
Your browser, operating system, clipboard manager or email application may separately retain autofill entries, clipboard content, drafts or sent messages under its own settings and privacy terms. The website cannot erase those copies. Review the recipient and content before sending.
Why we use information
- To respond to questions, identify the appropriate business contact and discuss editorial or partnership proposals.
- To evaluate and administer a business relationship, document agreed next steps and maintain relevant correspondence.
- To deliver and protect the website, diagnose technical problems and investigate misuse or security incidents.
- To handle privacy requests, comply with applicable obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter and is not consent to unrelated email, telephone or text-message marketing. Any separate subscription or campaign requires its own appropriate notice and enrollment process.
Where a legal basis is required
Depending on the particular processing and applicable law, the basis may be our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining business records and operating a secure website; taking steps at your request before entering a contract or performing a contract with you; or meeting a legal obligation. We use consent where the applicable law requires it. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These statements do not imply that every regional privacy law applies to every visitor or activity.
Who may receive information
Access and disclosure are limited to the purposes described in this policy. Depending on the inquiry and circumstances, recipients may include:
- People working for Interscope who need the information to respond or manage the relevant matter.
- Service providers supporting website hosting, network security, email, communications and necessary business administration.
- Professional advisers such as legal or accounting advisers where relevant to an obligation, transaction or dispute.
- Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or is otherwise lawfully necessary to protect rights, safety or the service.
- Parties to a business transaction if information is relevant to a proposed or completed merger, reorganization, financing or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Our corporate website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it does not use inquiry details to supply advertising audiences. A partnership inquiry is not permission to distribute your contact details to unrelated advertisers. This statement concerns the corporate website and the processing described here; see the applicable notice for a separate publication or service.
Retention & deletion
Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry remains open, whether a business relationship continues, necessary administrative records, applicable recordkeeping requirements, limitation periods and a specific dispute or security concern.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable obligations. A deletion request may be subject to lawful exceptions, such as records needed to comply with law or defend a claim. Residual copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced under the relevant service’s retention cycle. Technical service logs may have different retention periods from business emails.
Contact us if you want to understand or challenge the continued retention of particular correspondence. We do not promise a single deletion period for all information or immediate removal from systems we do not control.
Security & international processing
The public website is intended to be accessed over HTTPS. Its inquiry tool prepares an email locally. Its separate subscription form stores email and consent records in a database with restricted access. These measures do not make email or any online service risk-free. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We are a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Information may be handled in the United States and other locations where the relevant providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a particular international transfer, that transfer must use a lawful mechanism; this policy is not a substitute for such safeguards. Contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your inquiry. Simply visiting this site is not treated as consent to waive transfer protections.
Your rights & privacy requests
You can ask us about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional communications. Depending on your location, the law that applies to Interscope and the processing involved, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal of a denied request, or a complaint to a privacy regulator.
Where California or another U.S. state privacy law applies, applicable rights may include knowing or accessing the categories and specific information held, correction, deletion, and opting out of sale, advertising sharing or certain profiling. The corporate site does not engage in that sale, sharing or profiling. Where European or UK data protection law applies, applicable rights may also include objecting to processing based on legitimate interests and complaining to your competent supervisory authority. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the relevant law.
Send a request to sharmin@interscopefinancemedia.com, or use Privacy Choices. Describe the request and the email address or correspondence it concerns. No account is required. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before disclosing or deleting information. Please do not send identity documents unless a necessary, appropriate method has been agreed.
We will consider requests under the applicable law, respond within any required period, and explain a refusal or limitation where required. If you believe a request was handled incorrectly, reply asking for a review. You may also contact a competent regulator. We do not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children & other websites
This is a business and general-information website, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Additional protections required by applicable law remain in effect.
Links may lead to publications, business partners or other independent services. Their operators are responsible for their own practices. Review the notice available where you actually subscribe, purchase, submit information or interact with a separate service.
Changes & contact details
We update this policy when the corporate website or relevant practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated by another appropriate method; additional notice or consent will be provided where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
